Work Environment\n

This role will be primarily remote, providing flexibility while connecting with clients via virtual platforms and occasional in-person appointments at our Visalia outpatient office as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, in both group and individual settings.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals—to deliver holistic care, ensuring all aspects of client health are considered.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards, while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and peer supervision to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices and research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes access to health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance, and assistance with billing and documentation to help alleviate administrative burdens. Counselors will be supported with a manageable caseload based on their experience and availability, along with numerous client referrals to help you establish and grow your practice.
