This full-time position allows for a completely remote work setting, offering flexibility for both the therapist and the clients. Our teletherapy services cater to a diverse client base, ensuring that you can provide support from the comfort of your own home. You will primarily engage in virtual sessions scheduled from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, with the advantage of using state-of-the-art telehealth tools to facilitate effective communication and therapy delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct teletherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing video conferencing platforms and secure messaging services to maintain confidentiality and trust.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, taking into account their history, concerns, and therapeutic goals.

• Regularly assess client progress during sessions and adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary to optimize their mental health outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to assist clients in cultivating healthier emotional and behavioral patterns, equipping them with the tools needed for life beyond therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Currently holds an active LMFT license in the state of California.
