Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a telehealth format.

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with clinic policies.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities to achieve successful outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and administrative personnel to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case consultations, and team meetings to foster professional growth.

• Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines, including HIPAA regulations, to protect client privacy and maintain trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various cultural backgrounds, addressing factors contributing to mental health challenges. Our patient population includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate transformative therapeutic experiences, focusing on individualized care that respects each client’s unique story and goals.

Qualifications\n

• Active LPCC license in the state of California, in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, demonstrating a strong background in outpatient mental health practices.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Exceptional communication skills, clinical judgment, and a commitment to cultural competency within therapeutic practice.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting, utilizing digital communication tools to conduct therapy sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive salary between $90,000 and $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
