Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and expertise to independently assess and formulate psychosocial diagnoses for patients in recovery.

• Collaborate with patients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their needs, goals, and preferences.
\n
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, tailoring methodologies such as solution-focused treatment, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation as appropriate to support recovery.

• Work in tandem with other clinicians, psychologists within Walmart Health & Wellness, and primary care providers to deliver a holistic treatment experience for patients.
\n
• Continuously monitor patient progress towards treatment objectives through both in-person and virtual check-ins, adjusting care strategies as necessary.
\n
• Assist in the oversight of psychotropic medication management by monitoring adherence, potential side effects, and the overall effectiveness of prescribed treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking detoxification and recovery solutions. Many of these patients face challenges related to substance use disorders, mental health issues, and the complexities of co-occurring conditions. Your expertise and empathetic approach will provide them with the support needed during a critical time in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently in the State of California.

• At least 1 year of experience working as an independently licensed therapist within a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in substance abuse treatment or working within a detoxification facility is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with integrated care systems and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000. In addition, we offer:
