Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of adult patients suffering from diverse conditions, including but not limited to chronic illness, grief, and mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.

• Provide individual and family therapy to help clients and their families navigate the emotional complexities associated with end-of-life care.

• Collaborate closely with fellow clinicians, including psychiatrists and child psychiatry fellows, to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.

• Document all assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes efficiently, adhering to departmental guidelines and timelines.

• Engage in scheduled meetings, contributing insights during patient staffing to foster interdisciplinary communication.

• If desired, engage in teaching opportunities by leading classes for medical students and offering supervision to residents in psychotherapy training.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
