Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position involves working with clients in hospice care, a sensitive sector that requires compassion and expertise. You will provide support to individuals experiencing life-limiting illnesses, helping them and their families cope with the difficulties of declining health. You will also work with caregivers to ensure they have the resources and emotional support they need during difficult times, emphasizing holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• License: A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the state of California.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health service delivery within a healthcare environment. Experience working with veterans is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
