Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments that evaluate clients’ strengths, challenges, and needs to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups through Zoom, ensuring client engagement and participation.

• Coordinate care with healthcare providers, ensuring an integrated approach that encompasses the client's overall wellness, such as liaising with medical professionals or community resources.

• Advocate for clients’ rights to access appropriate community resources, support services, and educational materials that will assist them in their recovery journey.

• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes meticulously in electronic health records (EHR) platforms, maintaining rigorous standards of confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in team meetings, case conferences, and continuous education opportunities to enhance clinical skills, keeping abreast with the latest therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at HopeWell, you will work primarily with adult clients exhibiting a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment disorders. Your role will involve utilizing trauma-informed care principles to ensure that clients feel safe, respected, and empowered as they navigate their unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required to ensure that you have the foundational knowledge necessary for effective client support.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory, validating your qualifications to provide clinical care.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services is necessary to ensure experience in the field.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans is essential.

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
