Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Develop individualized care plans that are culturally sensitive and tailored to the unique needs of the patient population.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to treat mental health conditions, continuously monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment modalities as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Document all treatment records, care plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner using current electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational procedures.

• Foster collaborative relationships with patients and their families to craft comprehensive treatment plans that not only address immediate mental health concerns but also incorporate long-term goals and support mechanisms.

• Act as a primary liaison between patients and other healthcare providers, coordinating necessary referrals and ensuring resources are accessible for continuous care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
