Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to clients experiencing severe emotional disturbances and those coping with life-limiting diagnoses, focusing on mental and emotional well-being.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address clients' specific needs, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and emotions.

• Implement evidence-based interventions that promote client empowerment and recovery.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case discussions, contributing to a collaborative approach in treatment planning and quality improvement initiatives.

• Deliver crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring that clients feel safe and supported during difficult times.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes to inform ongoing care.

• Provide on-call support as needed, assisting the team in meeting clients' diverse needs even outside regular hours.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
