Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly sessions providing evidence-based psychotherapy to adults dealing with a variety of emotional disorders, all through synchronous live video calls.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and nurses, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment, enhancing the client’s overall care experience.

• Utilize automatic symptom self-assessments and progress metrics to regularly adjust treatment plans, ensuring relevance to the patient’s evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal which supports comprehensive care tracking.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our hospice-centered approach, you will work with a diverse population of adults facing terminal illnesses. Qualifications\n
