Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a primary clinician by assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges, ensuring that services align with their specific needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that coordinate support across various health services, improving continuity of care for clients and their families.

• Provide therapeutic services in multiple modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring clients' presenting issues are effectively addressed.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and facilitate referrals for more detailed assessments as necessary, promoting timely and appropriate interventions.

• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to ensure comprehensive care and improve overall client outcomes.

• Maintain high standards of ethical practice by adhering to professional guidelines and the organization’s code of conduct.

• Engage actively with various community resources to enhance client support networks and facilitate access to necessary services.

• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interactions with clients while diligently monitoring progress and readjusting care plans as needed.

• Provide on-call support during and after hours to respond to urgent client needs and crisis situations.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and organizational practices.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse client population facing various levels of mental health challenges, particularly individuals with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current and valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
