Work Environment\n

The work setting is designed for flexibility and accessibility, allowing you to deliver services remotely, or if preferred, from one of our partnering schools in California. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of students to identify emotional, behavioral, and social issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.

• Provide ongoing therapy and counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental wellness.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive environments that enhance student success.

• Document all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies and confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
