Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide psychotherapy services from the comfort of your own space while maintaining the option for in-office sessions at our outpatient facility in Visalia, California. The structure of our practice includes a dedicated intake coordinator who efficiently manages client onboarding processes and an experienced billing specialist who handles all pre-authorizations, credentialing, and billing tasks, ensuring you can focus entirely on your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions utilizing telehealth technology, in-person meetings, or a hybrid model depending on client needs and preferences.

• Document all client interactions accurately and promptly within an electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Identify the unique needs of your clients and tailor treatment approaches drawn from evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Manage a caseload of clients, aiming to expand your practice by an additional 15-35 clients as you become integrated within our community.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in team case review sessions, sharing insights, and receiving feedback.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field and possess an active California State License as a Professional Counselor (LPCC).
