Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Peace Psychotherapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a personalized and engaging therapeutic experience for your clients.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients’ needs and collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans that address specific goals.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, to effectively support clients in overcoming their challenges.

• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share best practices, and enhance the overall quality of care provided by our organization.

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions in accordance with ethical standards and relevant regulations, safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.

You will encounter issues ranging from anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties to trauma and family dynamics. Qualifications\n
