Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your primary focus will be to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to clients aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy Sessions: Lead engaging group therapy sessions where clients can share personal experiences and establish connections with others facing similar challenges.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling that is empathetic and tailored to the needs of each client, helping them to examine their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their specific needs, leveraging a range of therapeutic frameworks.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize standardized assessment tools and continuous feedback to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Engage with other therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care and solve complex cases, enhancing client support and outcomes.

Your work will primarily involve young adults experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Qualifications\n
