Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Silver Head Psychiatry Clinic, your core responsibilities will include:

• Assessing the ongoing biopsychosocial needs of patients by conducting thorough evaluations and developing appropriate treatment plans.

• Providing direct psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, implementing evidence-based techniques to enhance patient outcomes.

• Engaging with patients as a primary therapist or co-therapist in dynamic group therapy settings.

• Gathering and documenting pertinent patient data per program and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and proper care provision.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals involved in the treatment process to enhance service delivery, including conducting triage evaluations and crisis interventions when necessary.

• Maintaining adherence to ethical standards and organizational policies while delivering high-quality therapeutic services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a broad range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 - 105,000 per year, along with performance bonuses.
