Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Conduct individual counseling sessions primarily for women aged 35-55, focusing on various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, midlife transitions, and stress management.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, goals, and therapeutic preferences, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Effectively use secure telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring client privacy and confidentiality throughout the process.

• Monitor Client Progress: Regularly assess and document client progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and provide continuous support to ensure clients meet their therapeutic objectives.

• Collaborate with Team: Work integratively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and coordinating care for clients, including making referrals to specialists as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
