This role allows for flexibility in your work setting, as it is primarily remote. However, we are also accommodating in providing the option for in-person therapy sessions when needed. You will engage with clients through telemedicine platforms, ensuring continued access to mental health resources from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy plans that address their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and confidentiality guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of new research and best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Summit Psychotherapy Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various life challenges. Our clinic provides care to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in New York State.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, with a focus on direct patient interaction and therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 yearly, depending on experience and qualifications.
