Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technologies that allow our therapists to provide quality care from a location that suits them. Our team operates during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a work-life balance while delivering care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized tools and interview techniques.

• Collaborate with each client to design personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique experiences, preferences, and therapeutic goals, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address the specific needs of individuals suffering from mood disorders.

• Provide ongoing education and resources to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment methodologies, and coping strategies to empower their recovery journey.

• Monitor patient progress continuously, adapting treatment strategies and plans based on effective tracking and client feedback, ensuring interventions remain relevant and effective.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated, holistic treatment approaches for clients.
\n
• Stay informed about the latest research in mental health, particularly focused on mood disorders, to enhance treatment efficacy and contribute to ongoing professional growth.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and therapy sessions, complying with all relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and engage in team meetings and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and align with best practices in mental health treatment.

• Actively advocate for patients suffering from mood disorders, contributing to initiatives aimed at reducing stigma and promoting mental health awareness in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on clients grappling with a variety of mood disorders, including but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Our diverse clientele spans various age groups and backgrounds, which enriches the therapeutic experience and enables profound, impactful interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Psychologist, or Licensed Psychoanalyst.
\n
• Proven expertise in employing evidence-based treatment strategies, particularly CBT and DBT, aimed at addressing mood disorders.
\n
• Strong comprehension of psychopharmacology and the ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
\n
• A well-documented history of achieving measurable outcomes in client care and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, facilitating rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds and varying emotional states.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering remote therapy sessions effectively, utilizing telehealth platforms for optimal client engagement.

• An understanding of and facility with integrating technological tools in therapeutic practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
