Work Environment\n

This position supports a fully remote work setting, harnessing telehealth technologies to offer flexible mental health services to our patients. Your work hours will generally be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekend hours on a rotational basis, ensuring that we meet our clients' diverse scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and longevity of mood disorder symptoms in clients, facilitating a clear understanding of their current mental health status.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, carefully addressing individual needs, treatment goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Monitor client progress continuously throughout therapy, proactively adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their feedback and evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on working with individuals experiencing a variety of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
