Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals affected by mood disorders, ranging from mild to severe conditions. This includes clients encountering debilitating depression, anxiety-related disorders, and bipolar disorder. Our diverse clientele requires therapists who can connect meaningfully across a spectrum of backgrounds, ensuring that everyone receives personalized and respectful care tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R (LCSW-R), or Licensed Psychologist in New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, specifically focusing on mood disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly CBT and DBT, to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and medication management teams.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive therapeutic outcomes with clients experiencing mood disorders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
