Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals suffering from mood disorders and other mental health issues through telehealth and in-person sessions as appropriate.

• Conduct initial client assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and continuously evaluate client progress to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Utilize treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address client needs effectively.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to improve client care and treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Radiant Relief for Psychological Services offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
