Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess client needs.

• Delivering high-quality therapy using various modalities, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• An active mental health license in New York State as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and video conferencing tools to facilitate virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with additional experience, particularly in telehealth or outpatient therapy, will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with trauma-informed care, multicultural counseling, and treatments for complex mental health disorders is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
