Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients’ mental health status through video consultations to determine their individual therapy needs.

• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and ongoing feedback from clients.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's background and concerns.

• Use culturally responsive and inclusive approaches to facilitate sessions with a diverse clientele, ensuring everyone feels respected and understood.

• Regularly monitor client progress, offering encouragement and strategies to empower them in overcoming challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling.

• Proficient knowledge of mental health disorders and applicable evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional skills in crisis intervention and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor during challenging situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
