Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health statuses to determine treatment needs and develop personalized therapy plans.

• Implement individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to clients’ specific conditions, such as anxiety, depression, or trauma.

• Regularly evaluate and monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote effective outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and skilled support during challenging situations, demonstrating the ability to remain composed and empathetic.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical doctors, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with a diverse range of clients—individuals facing challenges such as substance use disorders, mental health crises, relationship issues, and various psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
