Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health status using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.

• Facilitate referrals to psychiatric services and other healthcare providers when necessary, coordinating care for holistic treatment.

• Engage in crisis intervention tactics as needed, displaying strong decision-making skills in urgent situations.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• A robust understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, including evidence-based practices.

• Proven experience delivering inclusive therapy to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
