Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, gaining an in-depth understanding of clients' mental health challenges and formulating tailored treatment plans to address these concerns.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions, employing established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches that cater to the specific needs of each client.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, continuously monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who may have mobility issues or who prefer virtual interactions, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care.

• Adhere to professional standards by maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and treatment progress, in accordance with ethical and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in mental health therapies and enhance your clinical competencies.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory; however, a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
\n
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently manage a diverse caseload and related administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred, as it demonstrates familiarity with virtual therapy techniques and technology.

• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competency in therapy practices.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Forte Well-Being values our team and offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
