Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health disorders. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with diverse populations, tailoring your approach to meet each client’s specific needs. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A current and valid license as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Effective time-management and organizational skills to maintain an efficient caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

General Hope Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on caseload and experience. Our benefits package includes:
