Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing technology.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health needs. This includes clients facing issues such as anxiety, mild depression, and adjustment disorders. Our objective is to provide supportive care that empowers clients to build resilience, develop skills for coping with stress, and enhance their overall quality of life. You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess one of the following independent practice licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted. Candidates must have a clean professional history without disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to empathize with clients.

• Proficient in using technology and telehealth platforms effectively.
