The selected candidate will work in a dynamic remote environment, utilizing telehealth technologies to conduct counseling sessions from the comfort of their home or any location of their choice. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

By using telehealth, we can effectively reach clients who may find it difficult to attend in-person sessions due to geographical, physical, or social barriers.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Possession of active licensure as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a telehealth setting.

• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems, along with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and safety.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000, complemented by a robust benefits package.
