Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients primarily through video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patient population will consist primarily of stable adults with low acuity levels, ensuring a manageable caseload without the challenges posed by severe mental health issues. Clients are carefully screened before receiving services to ensure they align with your therapeutic specialties and preferences, enabling tailored care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note: No limited/provisional licenses or individuals with disciplinary actions will be considered.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor essential for fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Proficient in utilizing technology for remote counseling, capable of navigating video conferencing tools and electronic record-keeping systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic areas—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care—will be particularly appealing. Inspire and Empower Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, based on hours worked and experience. Additional compensation benefits include:
