Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, documenting findings, and developing personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and objectives.

• Implement specific counseling interventions, track progress, and adjust therapeutic strategies as necessary to meet client needs effectively.

• Engage in regular consultation with fellow clinicians to share insights, strategies, and case histories that enhance overall team performance and client outcomes.

• Maintain the utmost confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of your clinical practice, ensuring a safe space for clients.

• Participate in ongoing training, case reviews, and professional development workshops to stay informed about the latest trends and methodologies within the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client population that includes uninsured individuals and those covered by employer-sponsored insurance. Clients may present with a range of mental health concerns including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Your ability to build a rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds will be crucial in delivering effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Professional Counseling (M.A./M.S.), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients and their families.

• Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of documentation and compliance with reporting requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a diverse clientele, particularly in a telehealth or remote counseling environment.

• Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Advanced training or certification in specialized therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, along with full benefits that include:
