This position is entirely remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a structured work schedule. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver virtual counseling sessions to a diverse population, utilizing video conferencing technologies and telehealth platforms.

• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, encouraging open communication and engagement.

• Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and adjust interventions based on therapeutic progress.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies to facilitate positive outcomes and empower clients in their journey toward mental wellness.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous improvement of service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals from various backgrounds and demographics, including those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. We focus on providing culturally responsive care, ensuring that each client receives individualized support tailored to their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least 2 years of experience in mental health therapy, including proficiency in virtual care practices.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital document management to streamline client interactions and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Previous work with community health organizations or clinics that service historically underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
