Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that are effective and tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, couples counseling, and family therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive environment for discussion and healing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, our counselors have access to comprehensive benefits including dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance. You will also receive support with billing and documentation to minimize administrative burdens and allow you to focus more on client care.
