This role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule while working from home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status, history, and needs.

• Collaborate closely with fellow treatment team members to design and coordinate integrated care plans that facilitate holistic healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adolescents and young adults who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges. The clients are pre-screened and stable, allowing for focused therapeutic engagement without the distractions of acute crisis management. Your empathetic, engaging communication style will be critical in building rapport and trust with each individual, which is essential for effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Strong computer skills, including experience with Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $122,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
