Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans for clients with diverse mental health challenges.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress and recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant professional standards.

• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer review meetings to ensure high-quality care and to leverage collective expertise for patient benefit.

• Educate and involve clients and their families in treatment, providing essential knowledge about mental health, treatment options, and community resources available for continued support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor’s degree is required for applicants to apply, candidates with prior experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with clients facing addiction and trauma, will be given preference.
