Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to discern clients' substance abuse history, mental health status, and specific treatment requirements.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address both addictive behaviors and co-occurring mental health conditions, tailoring interventions to client needs.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based approaches, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).

Qualifications\n
