Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to gather client histories and identify mental health concerns, leveraging various assessment tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, ensuring the incorporation of evidence-based practices.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through teletherapy, utilizing skills in cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, or other therapeutic modalities as suited to client needs and preferences.

• Collaborate with clients to set specific therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to adhere to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with valid credentials recognized in Texas.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients and effectively engage in collaborative discussions.

• A demonstrated commitment to a non-judgmental, empathetic approach towards client care, with an understanding of diverse cultural perspectives.
