Work Environment\n

This position is uniquely structured for remote work, using telehealth technology to connect with clients. Our telehealth facility supports a productive work environment, where counselors can conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of their own homes while using fully secure platforms to ensure client confidentiality and comfort. Our hours are strictly Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering a balanced work-life schedule without evening or weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and address any upcoming needs or potential discharge plans.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to establish initial treatment goals and client needs, setting a foundation for effective therapy.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely, using electronic health record systems to maintain compliance and quality of care.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and provide mutual support within our team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will work with a varied client demographic experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license from the state of Texas, maintaining active status.

• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, focusing on individual or group therapy.

• Exceptional critical thinking skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This role follows a fee-for-service model, ensuring you are paid ahead of collections with guaranteed rates, eliminating the wait for reimbursement.
