Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Educational background should include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach in all interactions.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively while ensuring quality care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with digital platforms for therapy can be advantageous. Experience working with diverse populations or specializing in trauma-informed care is highly valued. Candidates with a background in developing treatment plans for clients with complex needs will be particularly well-suited for our practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
