Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain ongoing treatment planning, regularly revising plans based on client assessments, treatment effectiveness, and evolving needs.

• Document all therapy services accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to both professional standards and organizational protocols.

• Manage an assigned caseload, ensuring all clients receive consistent and compassionate care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams during regular meetings, exchanging insights that enhance patient care within their treatment plans.

• Exhibit a positive, empathetic attitude towards clients, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, and prioritizing patient safety at all times.
