Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Hope Again Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, both in individual and group settings.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention support, effectively managing mental health emergencies, and guiding patients through acute challenges.

• Educating patients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local resources to enhance their recovery journey.

• Maintaining accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• A strong foundation in diagnosing and treating diverse mental health disorders.

• Proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy tailored to meet the varied needs of patients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
