Work Environment\n

As a fully remote telehealth facility, our practice promotes a flexible working environment that prioritizes work-life balance. Your work schedule will primarily be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth platforms, you'll engage with clients through video consultations, ensuring they receive timely mental health support without the barriers of travel. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role, you will be expected to:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments remotely to evaluate patients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy employing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups via telehealth, fostering community and reducing isolation for individuals facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients during emergencies, utilizing crisis management techniques and therapeutic support.

• Educate clients on mental health issues, treatment options, self-care strategies, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n
