Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing established diagnostic tools and frameworks.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family therapy approaches.

• Engage in collaborative case consultation with psychiatrists, case managers, and other mental health professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.

• Provide immediate and effective crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, emphasizing empathy and rapid response to mitigate distress.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at reducing stigma around mental health issues and educating the public on available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
