Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify and evaluate the mental health and substance use needs of clients, employing structured clinical interviews and validated assessment tools.

• Develop, implement, and continually adapt individualized treatment plans grounded in assessment findings, keeping client goals at the forefront.

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant therapeutic frameworks.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Collaboration is key—partner with psychiatrists, social workers, and other medical professionals to create a holistic treatment approach for each client.

• Engage in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings to discuss client progress and refine intervention strategies, drawing on feedback to enhance treatment quality.

• Respond to crises with effective intervention strategies, providing immediate support to clients as needed.

• Stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in mental health care and substance abuse treatment through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
