Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and mental health histories.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to increase accessibility for clients faced with logistical challenges.

• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) .

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with clients.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude during therapy sessions.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance caseload responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, those with a background in evidence-based therapy approaches and experience working with a diverse client population will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous, as it enhances documentation and tracking of client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
