Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their mental health status, history, and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on empirical methods and client goals.

• Deliver therapeutic sessions through tailored modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based practices.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients facing logistical challenges.

• Uphold ethical standards by maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele that includes individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health challenges. Our center focuses on creating a safe space for clients where they can explore their emotions, learn coping strategies, and develop resilience in the face of life's challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a private practice or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload, experience, and expertise. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
