The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate client schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological status and needs of clients, guiding treatment decisions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs and diagnoses of clients.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to provide effective interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that tackle emotional issues and enhance personal growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises, your primary focus will be individuals experiencing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and personality disorders. Your expertise will help guide these clients towards improved mental health, enabling them to foster resilience and healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia is essential.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
