This position combines the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of a collaborative outpatient office setting. Therapists at Mantra Counseling Services operate on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate the diverse needs of our patients. Our practice utilizes advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and communication, promoting efficiency in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gather insights about patients’ unique experiences, strengths, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans incorporating therapeutic modalities tailored to individual patients and their cultural contexts.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that empower patients in addressing their mental health concerns and enhancing their resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
