Work Environment\n

This position offers the convenience of remote work, allowing you to connect with patients from the comfort of your home while serving a dedicated population seeking detoxification and mental health support. Despite the remote nature of the job, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team environment, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to comprehensively identify patient needs, potential barriers to treatment, and appropriate interventions.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Healing Hearts Counseling, you will primarily work with individuals in a detoxification setting. This population often includes those struggling with substance abuse disorders alongside co-occurring mental health diagnoses. Your role will be crucial in offering therapeutic support, facilitating their transition to healthier coping mechanisms, and equipping them with the tools necessary for sustained recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Georgia.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities relevant to varied patient populations.

• Strong skills in conducting mental health assessments and developing actionable treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy, especially in high-need environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefit package includes:
